Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting our small handmade business! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when ordering from us.
1. Order Processing Time
As all our products are handmade to order, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched. During busy periods (e.g. holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Times & Costs
We currently ship within South Africa only. Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch:

*Overnight delivery is subject to courier availability in your area.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the courier's website.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be liable for re-delivery costs.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A physical address is required for all deliveries.
5. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification and attempt redelivery. Please note:
- It is the customer's responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection with the courier.
- Parcels not collected within the courier's holding period may be returned to us.
- Re-delivery costs for returned parcels will be for the customer's account.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
While we take great care in packaging your order, we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.
7. Remote & Outlying Areas
Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer than the estimated times above and may incur an additional surcharge. If your area attracts a surcharge, we will contact you before processing your order.
